Job Title: Electrical Estimator & Drafter

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical and construction projects, including materials, labor, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

• Review and analyze technical documentation (plans, specifications, drawings) to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

• Coordinate projects from planning through execution, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  

• Manage project budgets and schedules, monitor expenditure, and prepare financial reports for management.

• Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal quality and contractual compliance.

• Implement legal and technical compliance strategies, including payroll, insurance, and tax documentation.

• Enhance project processes using software tools and data management systems.
  

Job Location: Will work in Long Island City, NY

Terms and Conditions: $79,248.00 Per Year.
